3 days

it was a mail that caught everyone's attention, a mail about an outbound training program. more than my natural feeling, it was my team mates' envy that made me feel more excited about this. 3 days and 2 nights stay in nagarjuna sagar... phukat ka khaana, phukat ka thikaana... beech mein thoda traning... woh bhi boring technical ke alaawa sabkuch.. aana, jaana sab kuch sarkaari kharcha... and it was exactly when i BRed (my non-moto friends, just assume that i've completed the given task) a feature CR... i started counting the days. me, missing my 3rd year pleasure trip with classmates has added fuel to the flame.

first day
we're supposed to board a bus which awaits us b4 office @ 545. but it was 630 when 25 of us said 'hata! saawan ki ghata' to office and ran off in the bus. it took one hour of boring journey when i thot 'enough is enough' and started poking each n every i-can-handle-this-guy kinda guys/gal... and at the end of three days... is a happy ending family story, where i acquainted myself with everyone in the group (at last, with those too whom i thot, i cant handle! u know those red-hot-chilli-n-pepper-flavored-iron-rods). a couple of silly games and some songs... we've reached our adda for next 2 days. the vijaya vihar, a motel in nagarjuna sagar (they say its a resort, i prefer calling it a motel). there were a group of lambada females who were waiting for our arrival and they started dancing. they were welcoming us. it was unexpected. come on, for a person to whom respect or recognition happened way back in stone age, when hez suddenly pushed into a reality where 10 females are dancing to welcome... wut it would be other than unexpected. later, when it clicked to me that i was in a group... i settled to my normality.

i've watched krishna river as many times as i saw the girls in front seats of the seats; passing by the river daily in the city buses of vijayawada (man! i miss that place badly). i always admired the beauty of the river (much more than the admiration of city bus gals). but when i opened the door to enter into the balcony of the room me and monu were allotted... it was more splendid. more vibrant and enormous. more appealing. it was an eye-feast to see the vast, blue ocean like krishna. for good or bad... i find myself happy in small small things, so there started the journey of good times.
a couple of games from which we're supposed to learn how to communicate within a group as well as problem solving techniques happened in the fore-lunch session and some boring lecture happened in after-noon session which last up to late evening. we enjoyed the pool side dinner. by that time i was like friends with everyone out there.

second day

i was excited about the rock climbing thats gonna happen early in the morning. and the climbing wasn't disappointing at all. though i thot we should have a little more distance, it was good. i was the person who waited the most for everyone's completion. i tried convincing myself that i can cheer people and blew away my boredom, but i couldn't. and at last everyone completed their mission kashmir wala climbing and rappelling. we were asked to estimate how many points all of us will if each person is given an option to choose a route among the three routes. and later we were given some serious points to note about assumptions can fail and how not to mis-interpret a person's capabilities n all. that was fine. once we're back from rock climbing, i had a nice playing in the pool (i shudnt say that was swimming as i don't know how to swim). i pushed myself outta pool to check how is this yeththi pothalaa water falls. i think it was 5th or 6th time i was listening to Guru songs while going to the waterfalls. i was like bowing to rahman for a couple of numbers from the film. and the song with bappi da's cheeky voice was awesome.
in the evening, it was some really brain storming session which created a stir of thinking. That was heavy but i liked it. i can tell you wut the session about in person, if you are interested. that instructor was not that boring. i agree i didn't like him, but, i shud thank him... i was trying to join the scattered dots. the clouds of introspection started to form as the shades of red n orange started melting in the skies while the sun tucked himself into the bed of moonlight.

the introspection continued till dinner (yah i liked pool side dinners). and, anupama was like... abbe vo, kya huaa tereko? coma mein hain kya? that antaakshari during campfire on that night was a good welcome back for myself. i must tell you that was an awesome time spending the night singing loud the banks of krishna. i was spell bound looking at the shades of black and white creating a scenic delight as the moon was reflecting in krishna. me and anupama were trying to intrude into other teams chances too... to sing along, while kamal and gang were successful in making fun out of each n every damn song. the midnight passed swiftly as everyone was ROFLing for the stupid jokes everyone cracking. i must admit ajanta would have been a good competitor if she didnt left b4 the game started. and this kalyan would suddenly say (not sing) a line and orders 'aaa.. idi paadandi'. that was hilarious.

third day

the day started with an activity where they made me hang like tom cruise (i know its too much of difference to compare, stop that 'abba cha!' expression) and shop. yah it was a game where you have to pickup vegitables kept at corners of diagonals of a bigger circle than a three of mine. and its my team which should control me in reaching to the vegetables while i was hanging to a tree in i-should-go-for-a-new-32teeth-pack-if-the-rope-fails kinda position. i enjoyed the game. what followed is the stupidest of all games from which we inferred nothing. not fun nor lesson.
it took a couple of hours discussion before we had our lunch and started to sight-seeing.

the launch journey was lovely-cum-boring-cum-enjoyable-one. the journey was to a island called nagarjuna konda where budhists used to have a tution and hostel... which is now a museum and a tourist spot. me and monu agreed together that we dont need to pass any history paper and left the crowd in museum to check the river shore and that was exactly when i thot it was not at all a bad idea to skip the history class. and the journey back to the city was full of fun with a couple of games in the bus. and i seriously felt that journey should've last a little longer.

at the end, i told myself... man, i had a great time.

Thanks(in the order i picked from mail list)...
